The symbol of the city of Barnaul, a cultural heritage site of regional significance - House under the spire. It is located on the main square of the city - October Square and is inseparable from the history of the city. Huge, spread out on two streets, at the same time cozy, decorated with architectural elements, the house completes the period of Stalinist neoclassicism in architecture. The building was equipped with a clock tower, the tower is still adorned with a pointed fifteen-pointed spire. The height of the house and the tower with a weather vane is 46 meters.
