The long and narrow reef to the north of Hurghada is popular among both beginners and advanced divers. Its main advantage is the complete absence of undercurrents. The wall of hard coral goes into the sandy slope at a depth of 12 meters, and then, at a depth of 20-25 meters, it suddenly becomes steep. However, to see the exotic animals living in these waters, it is not necessary to go down deeply. Along the entire length of the reef you can find groupers, spotted rays, clown fish, and even stumble upon a hammerhead shark that regularly appears here.
