Our food menu is inspired by Chef Chris Bianco’s Italian origins and influenced by the English background of chef Lee Foden-Clark combined with inspiration from the California farmers market. It is intended to be shared, emphasizing the true meaning of the word "dinner." Alameda Supper Club will offer a categorically excellent wine program from all that is in the campus of the Manufactory. Instead of those who just love to drink in the new school, the wine list at the Alameda Supper Club will be somewhat more traditional in tone and structure, most of which will be chosen from California and Italy. The name of the marquee areas is a classic, so to speak, anchored list, and in the end, guests can learn from a deep selection of vintage libraries.
