Chef Zack Pollak from the popular Silver Lake Alimento restaurant offers his second concept to the eastern part of Los Angeles along with Cosa Buona, which will celebrate Italian-American cuisine and modern pizzeria. Housed in the former premises of Pizza Buona, which was built in 1959, Cosa Buona continues to demonstrate Pollak’s inspired Italian dishes with a sensitivity of L.А. Here, Pollack’s attention is drawn to elaborately prepared appetizers, salads and pizza, as well as a choice of classic and playful interpretations of Italian sandwiches, available for both lunch and takeaway. The Pollack menu, served in the festive atmosphere of the restaurant, highlights the best versions of familiar favorites using carefully crafted ingredients from local artisans and manufacturers, complemented by an assortment of natural wines from Italy and France.
