Chef Gérald Passeda is a tireless creator and experimenter, and even the most ordinary dishes in his interpretation become a real revelation even for sophisticated gourmets. What you need to try is fish, Passed's favorite product, with which he works wonders. The restaurant is located in a quiet seaside area, and to get to it for a long time, but it should be done at least for the great view of the sea, which opens from here from the window.
