A cafe on Yauzsky Boulevard opened in 2014, and in the summer months, exactly the same cafe with food and coffee to take away operated in the Bauman garden. The owners of the place are pastry chef Irina Kacherova, Kirill Kacherov, Sveta Babiy and Konstantin Samarin (who is also the brand chef of the establishment).
One Teaspoon has breakfasts: on weekdays - up to 12 days, and on weekends - all day. Guests can order poached eggs with ham, salmon or classic, there are also oatmeal, granola, pancakes and lazy dumplings. Among other things, at lunchtime salads (such as arugula and orange dressing) are popular, as well as roast beef in mango sauce, curry soup, pasta with porcini mushrooms and pasta with salmon. In general, the institution is positioning itself as a small coffee shop with a full kitchen. Inside 20 seats.
