That sommelier for wine is Christophe Happillon for oysters. He founded Oyster Gourmet to share this love with other visitors, although there are also many other seafood dishes on the menu. Oyster Gourmet also has a variety of wines and beers that can be combined with food. In between eating freshly oysters, try crunchy nachos or sea scallops ceviche. In addition to the delicious food here, the presentation is also unmatched.
