The famous Palm Court Hotel in the Plaza Hotel with complete reconstruction under the guidance of master architect Thierry Despont. Palm Court showcases classic American salty menus from morning to evening, while Despont brings to the park a great sense of Central Park, creating an atmosphere that feels warm, private and glamorous. Tailored furniture provides a relaxed but elegant setting, suitable for both a professional breakfast and an evening of cocktails created by mixologist Brian Van Flander. Afternoon tea truly shines with its non-standard crockery and china, tea card with worldly depth and, of course, a little Eloise. Pastry chef Matthew Lambi creates unique desserts that easily combine both classic and modern elements, while remaining true to the magnificence of Palm Court. This elegant room, marked with a stained-glass dome and an impressive height, adds a touch of old New York to a polished and modern feeling of hospitality.
