Kings Plaza Shopping Center is a shopping center in Brooklyn, New York, near the Marine Park / Mill Pool, near the Flatlands and Bergen Beach areas. Opened in September 1970, it is located in the southeast corner of Flatbush Avenue and U Avenue, north of the Floyd Bennett field. The anchor tenants of the mall are Best Buy, Burlington, JCPenney, Lowe's, Macy's, Primark and Zara. Originally, the mall was owned by a joint venture of R.H. Macy's and Alexander's, and is currently owned and operated by Macerich. With about 4,200 retail jobs and more than 120 individual stores, Kings Plaza is the largest indoor shopping center in the Brooklyn area.
